How to update your payment method if you have a new bank card
Go to your profile on the EQ App by clicking on your profile picture.
To replace click ‘Payments’ > ‘Replace’ > Insert new card details
It is also possible to delete a payment method by following the same steps.
Profile > ‘Payments’ > ‘Delete’ > Yes

Can I cancel the class I have booked?
Yes, but you must give 12 hours notice to do so otherwise you will lose that class credit.
If you happen to miss a class that you’ve booked, you will also lose that class credit.
Can I cancel my subscription
If you wish to cancel a subscription you will need to give 3 day’s notice. Simply email us or send us a message on WhatsApp to let us know you wish to cancel.
