I was interested in Emmets nutritional plan after seeing the amazing results from he’s other clients. I’m a very active person & have alway been comfortable in my own skin but as I’m getting knee surgery & will be out of action for a while exercise wise I wanted to have the dietary tools to control my body weight without relying on exercise.

Emmet was amazing. I’m getting married at the end of the year and although I enjoy working out- I have a really sweet tooth and have never been good to watch what I eat. But Emmet’s plan was so simple to follow – you literally can’t go wrong and I was full all the time. I think Emmet has a six sense- as every time I feel off the bangwangon- he texted me straight away, to give me a kick. I have just completed my 7 week PT sessions with Emmet. I previously did his online course back last September and found Emmet brilliant. This time was no different. I have always done a good bit of cardio but weight training is relatively new for me and with some longstanding injuries I found it all so frustrating. However, Emmet was 100% dedicated throughout, if he had to modify my programme he would, if he had to change down my weights he would, if he had to correct my technique, he would. He didn’t once push me beyond what I was capable of doing. Not only did he motivate and constantly push me throughout my 6 week progamme, he also helped me with my injuries and made sure I was in no pain at any stage. I didn’t think my results were good on the scales at our final session, easy mistake lots of us make and I was a small bit disappointed but thankfully Emmet advised to take pictures … and they speak for themselves I think. It’s about the inches and not the pounds. I definitely feel leaner and stronger but know I still have work to do and using what Emmet has taught me I will continue to work hard. I’d like to thank Emmet for his professionalism and hard work at all times, his knowledge and good advice is hard come by. I would highly recommend EQ Strength and Conditioning to anyone who is thinking of making a new years resolution, it’s worth every cent. I know I will definatley avail of his services again. I found Emmets Training & Nutrition course to be fantastic and I took a lot of learnings from it in relation to both.
I found the approach to nutrition fascinating – as I have a big appetite, I found the portion control difficult at first, but once my body got used to it, and I got used to measuring my food, it was very straightforward – and is something which will be easy to continue with going forward.
The variety of exercise was also excellent – it ensures that you don’t get bored or tired of doing the same routine day after day. Also, I really enjoyed the cardio aspect that included on my request.
Emmet was an excellent coach in all aspects – he is encouraging, a clear communicator, and always available to answer any queries!
I would highly recommend the course, and the coach, and look forward to working with Emmet again.

I just completed a 12-week training & nutrition plan with EQ Strength and conditioning.
After the 12 weeks, I had a total loss of 12kg
I had set myself a goal of 2 stone, which I didn’t think was achievable. But after 12 weeks I’m only 1kg off..
To be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect at the start but I have been wanting to do something this long time.. The first week was the hardest I have to admit, changing from old habits is not easy especially when you’re busy and a stop in a shop is easy option.
If fairness to Emmet he checked in every few days to see how I was going and addressed any concerns there and then which really helped.
Now I’m finished the 12 week programme I do plan on continuing my journey as I feel a lot healthier now
I would recommend EQ Strength and conditioning to anyone who is considering making a change cause there’s no doubt it works and Emmet is a great support throughout.”
