Premium Personal Training

Our Personal Training is a fantastic option if you feel the need to work with your coach on a one to one OR one to two basis (if you’d like to train with a friend).

We will assess your Fitness levels, movement patterns & dietary habits before determining & implementing the best approach for you!

Our weekly one to one sessions will ensure you have every chance of achieving your goals & remain motivated throughout.

Package Includes

  • 7 weeks of Personal Training/Coaching – 7 ONE TO ONE, OR ONE TO TWO SESSIONS – IF YOU WISH TO TRAIN WITH A FRIEND (ONE session per week)
  • Nutritional Guidelines/ Comprehensive Information – Specific to you and your goals
  • Supplement Recommendations
  • A 7 week Training Programme to carry out between sessions – Specific to you and your goals. (can be home or gym based).
  • A Functional Screening Assessment – This will take place at our initial session – this is used to assess your movement patterns/ weaknesses & limitations. Your Training Programme will then be designed accordingly
  • Body Fat Assessment (optional)
  • Body Measurements – Height & Weight
  • A comprehensive booklet (50+ pages) with all of the above information & more)
  • You will also receive support via WhatsApp OR Facebook Messenger
  • Most importantly you will be working with EQ Strength & Conditioning on a Personal Level
