Our 6500sq ft. facility is equipped with all of the latest and greatest equipment available on the market today, ensuring that all of our clients have access to the best possible tools for reaching their fitness goals.
We are constantly updating our equipment so that we can stay ahead of the demands of our clientele, and take into account feedback from them about where improvements can be made.
At any given time, we can cater for up to 30 participants in our group training sessions/ members classes.
