ALL NEW MALE TRANSFORMATION at EQ Strength & Conditioning is a really unique and specialised option. Running in 8 week blocks, two sessions per week (as stated on our timetable). You will train with a group of 10-16 other males in our state of the art facility, overseen by our highly qualified & experienced coaches. Classes will be focused around improving strength & power, weight loss and improving body composition along with conditioning. Lots of heavy lifting, compound movements, healthy competition in a fun environment.
Body fat, body measurements & weight is monitored throughout. Each participant also receives nutritional guidelines, a training programme & more.
