- A 7 week Training Programme to carry out between sessions – Specific to you and your goals. (can be home or gym based).
- A Functional Screening Assessment – This will take place at our initial session – this is used to assess your movement patterns/ weaknesses & limitations. Your Training Programme will then be designed accordingly
- Body Fat Assessment (optional)
- Body Measurements – Height & Weight
- A comprehensive booklet (50+ pages) with all of the above information & more)
- You will also receive support via WhatsApp OR Facebook Messenger
- Most importantly you will be working with EQ Strength & Conditioning on a Personal Level
Once your deposit is paid you will automatically secure your place for the next intake of Personal Training Clients. A Comprehensive Screening Form/ Questionnaire will be automatically sent to you via email that you must fill out and return to us.
